rear bumper inserts...........
rear bumper inserts...........
How the hell do you remove them? I got under my car last week and unscrewed the screws but still couldn't figure out how to get them out.
I want to paint them.

most likely held in by clips or tabs, it would be easiest to take the rear bumper off and take the inserts out while off the car so you can see everything any not brake anything by accident. just my 2 cents
No need to take bumper off or remove screws...
Take a hammer and tap them them out from the back side. Just hit the plastic part that's coming through a tab. You have 2 per vent.
For re install just get em started back in the holes and then use a hammer to knock em all the way back in.
