headlight housing painted to match car anyone?

headlight housing painted to match car anyone?

i got a yellow t/c and was thinking of painting the housing of my headlights yellow, got the idea from some corvettes will have same housing color to match car from factory anyone do this or have pics id love to see any color besides black !

people do that, and it really only works well with black cars IMO

My friend's got silver housing retrofits (color matched to his silver car)

Look good on neutral colors, I doubt it would on anything else. Our headlights are too big

some guy on here has red painted headlights. Cant remember his username... i think he has varrstoen wheels.

Not really a fan of the look, as itoastie said our headlights are too big.

Going to paint match my gen 4 with black shrouds and retro when time and money allows. Black is common and doesn't look bad, however chrome belongs on metal and not plastic.

That yellow one actually doesn't look too bad, but usually it's too much. I'd do black housings with color matched shrouds.

The Honda fit has matched housings from factory. Pointed that out to an owner when he tried to tell me his were black though I could see the flake in the purple, and saw others around town. Their lights are big too and doesn't look too bad.

I think the lens needs to look very very clear for it to look good and maybe be projectors, I think stock color match headlights look a little to big

i think the yellow looks good, just remove the lens over the trn signal if you have them
