headlight housing tabs

so i pulled my headlight housing apart the other day but i happened to break every single tab, is there a way to seal it up better? i had a thought about liquid nails with silicone but i dont know how hard liquid nails is to heat up in case they do need to come apart again.

I agree you don't need the tabs. To prove that. I have OEM lenses on my 1st Gen aftermarket projectors. The aftermarket lights don't have the tabs like the OE lights.
My lenes are held on with RTV Silicone that is used for windshields. They are secure and 100% sealed.
