Headlight issue

I installed some projectors with HID bulbs and ballasts into my stock headlight housing recently. Its a great retro setup but when I pull for my brights nothing happens. In fact I think the car is running brights all the time judging by the light output and washed out color of the 8k bulbs. Any ideas or experience with this?

Advice is much appreciated thanks

Did you buy a bi-xenon kit? If not you only get low beams.

If you did, I'm willing to bet you have wires that aren't connected right now, right?

I bought a bi-xenon kit with relays. All the wires coming off the projector and out of the relay are connected. :/
