My one painted headlight fogged up a little bit yesterday. As I drove with the headlights on most of it went away. Then this morning there was no fog at all. Do you think I should try to add some sealant on the headlights or just leave it. I'm thinking it could be from the weather.

 

I had the same trouble, not after painting, but after I unsealed the lamp housing while changing to silverstars in high humidity. They fogged up almost immediately. I had purchased some silicone sealant anticipating that I would need it after my headlight mod. I didn't think I needed it right away, but after a few days of fog in my headlights, I put them back in the oven to dry them out and sealed it up with the sealant. I haven't had any trouble since.

 

When that happened to mine i added more silicone and thoroughly dried out the headlight with a blowdryer and put it back in, it hasnt leaked since

 

mine was tempermental at first... but over the winter it was fine even with all the snow. This week has been rainy any humid and its still fine... so I think its over it now.
