I am thinking about getting the halo projection headlights for my 2009 cobalt ss. But i can only find 05-07 headlights online. Will the 05-07 headlights fit on my 09 cobalt SS??

better visibility especially during night driving. I opted to go with
the single beam HID kit too and love it, they are cheaper on ebay but
I wanted a warranty so I got it here

Headlight Kits usually have a sale going on. Either way its a
great system, and very easy to install.

 

get the ddmtuning.com raptor kit, cheapest kit around price wise with excellent quality and warranty. and yes 05-07 headlights will fit

 

ALL year headlights fit, the design, mounting and shape has never changed from 2005-2010. The only thing that has is the removal of the orange cover over the turn signal which was only 05-06. But they are all the same size.
DDMTuning and VVME have good kits available.

 

What has changed however is the BCM's reaction to alteration of the car's wiring.

 

Not true, my 2008 doesn't have the orange cover.

Edit: Yeah, you're right, I read it wrong. 2005 and 2006 is the only year with the cover. Correct.

 

True. But it hasnt affected the fitment which was the question. but brings another point up, since 07 and up uses the low beam at low voltage as the DRL its recommended that you remove the DRL fuse if you get HIDs.
