headlights

hey i saw the thread above and i ordered these

Spyder Auto PRO-YD-CCOB05-HL-SM Smoke Halo LED Projection Headlight : Amazon.com : Automotive

i did not realize they were shiny i do not like the shiny so i want these

Spyder Auto Chevy Cobalt/Pontiac G5 Black Halogen LED Projector Headlight : Amazon.com : Automotive

but are these shiny to i really don't want the shiny and how hard is it to put hids in these headlights thanks sorry for noob question

Besides the lense no its not "shiny" and for thr hids most are plug and play nowa days

The lenses are "smoked", just an fyi for future reference..And yes, most HID Kits are plug and play. You will have to wire up those LEDs and Halo rings on those headlights yourself though.

And it's Amazon, you can return them. If you haven't gotten them, you can refuse the package and they will get returned...Or you can return them on your own and just buy the other ones..

i know i am returning them i just want to make sure that the other set are not shiny inside the head light thats my big concern it just looks cheap to me

Inside the headlight? The only difference is the tinted lenses. One is smoked and the other isn't.

FyI the lense clear coat will eventually start peeling, I know i've had a couple..........but who knows u mite get lucky!

this. The first one is chrome housing tinted lens. Second is flat black housing, clear lens

Also, HIDs are just plug and play, no major wiring involved. Remove old bulb, insert new one. Plug bulb into ballast, plug ballast into relay harness. Run relay harness to power and ground. Pretty simple.

sorry about the shiny comment but yes i am referring to the inside of the housing not the lens
and thanks for the advice about the lens clear coat
