Yes you can put your PIAA's in them, don't know if they come with bulbs.
Use the great old search button for pics(search projectors or halos)
And get ready for big condesation problems with those projectors.
Also why do you care if people on this fourm who you dont know think that light covers are ricey?
Do what you like and **** everyone else!!!

Projectors do come with bulbs, they come with the normal high/low bulbs. Some come with amber(orange) turn signal bulbs to replace the clear stockers and others don't, it depends on the seller/vendor you are buying from. basically, you get the headlight assembly with the highs/lows, and you have to reuse you turn signal bulbs if new ones is not included. As far as condensation problems, I have had mine one for almost two months now, through heavy snow, rain, and multiple car washes and haven't had a single problem with them fogging up. Before I installed them, I ran a good amount of silicon around the seams, just in case, and it has worked. No single issue with fogging/condesation.

Your Current PIAA's won't fit, the cobalt has 9007 model bulbs and the projectors use 2- H1 style bulbs.
