Headliner

Has anyone changed their hood liner? I've done the rest of my interior all black, with the exeption of the hood liner. I want it black, but not sure about the best way of going about it. Any suggestions?

There is a special fabric paint you can get at napa. Spray it with that. It just dyes the fabric. And I'm sure you're talking about the ROOF liner not the hood liner

ehhh idts. take off all the pillars, a,b, and c. and take off the rear hooks (1 screw in each) and i believe that should be it.

oh, u mean actually taking it out. lol. go through the trunk. its just hard foam.

Yep duplicolor makes it. Sprays crazy as hell. I used it to paint my pillars black. Looks really good!

T50 torx socket and a breaker bar. Most GM seat belts use that because not a lot of people have that type of socket and they probably figure the less people messing with seatbelts the better. It just has a lot of locktite on it. And yes you have to remove it.

Post some pics of the progress. I'm interested in how it turns out.

I did my headliner with some microfiber suede. It looks TONS better! It was hard to do the visors, but with some patience and hard work, it turned out awesome!

Here's a link to my MySpace photos of my car. They aren't that good, I took them while in the garage. The pics were worse from outside. My camera sucks ass!
