Help On Emblems

alright fellas i wanna keep my project a secret, something original that people dont do.. my question is lol the emblems to take them off use hair dryer or something to heat up the glue then they should come right off?.. now if i want to put them back into the original spot, can i just reheat what was already there.. and just stick it back. or would i have to use some kind of additional stuff to get it to stick and not come off..

i just took mine off today. Believe me, there is no way you could heat them back up and stick them back on, the tape/glue is all over the place. In fact it si a little harder than i thought it was going to be. You will have to buy some 3M double sided tape that is specifically for emblems and badges. I think i got mine a Wal-Mart or somewhere like that. A secret i would tell you is to
A.) The badges are HOT!! i know this sounds elementary, but i didn't think about it and i burned my finger and threw an emblem done the driveway!
B.) Use an OLD credit card, because you get tape/glue crap all over it.
C.) Polish and clean your badges before you put them back on, they look brand new again!!
D.) Finally, be EXTRA careful with the "cobalt" Letters, as they can break if not handled carefully, they aren't very sturdy.
E.) I used "Opps", a chemical to get stuff off of painted surfaces and it helps TREMENDOUSLY when you try to get off the last bits of the dried and heated tape/glue.

That should answer your questions, and good luck with the debadging!!
