Help a girl out!

When I got my Cobalt, I don't think I realized there were gonna be so darn many of them around. I got the orange, so luckily I haven't seen one JUST like mine yet, but I know it's bound to happen. Soo...my question is, what can I do to my car to make it just a little different and stand out just a little bit? I'm not hugely into cars and I just plain don't WANT to make any major mods to my car, but if there were 20 sunburst orange cobalts parked in a row, I wanna be able to tell which one's mine. Any suggestions?

Personalized licence plate sounds pretty easy and cheap to do...or you can drive around naked and I think that my attract some attention to your Sunburst Orange Cobalt

Get an antenna topper. Then you'll know which one is yours. It's a real cheap mod.

Drive naked...hmmm, hadn't thought about that, I think I'll have to pass that idea up though. Some creepy guy in a red SS was checking me out yesterday in traffic...imagine what he might have done if I was naked!!

LOL.

You could eliminate the problem of creapy guy's cheakin you out with Tinted windows.
always a good mod, change the color, or a fade type tint is nice to, I had a Silver to Black fade on my Cavalier, looked hot.

and when light shins on the silver it's impossible for any one to see through and still easy for you to see out of

you could just get a window banner, like the cobaltss.net one or something like that.

If you crash into a tree just enough to leave a noticeable mark on your car and leave it there while driving...I think you'd stand out a bit more.

I vote for tint.

You could also do some vinyls and decals....

How about a CobaltSS.net sticker

LOL, that's happened to me too. I have an Arrival Blue SS and I get creepy guys checking me out too. My favorites are the ones that ask dumb questions like "Wow, you drive a stick?" (while I'm sitting in traffic...like no, dude, I leave it in neutral and when the light changes I just push it to get it rolling and hope I don't have to go uphill).

Tint's a good idea, check the tint laws in PA first though, or any reputable tint shop should take care of you so you don't get fined for having tint that is too dark.

Ditto girls! Same happens to me! I have the 15% tint tho. Helps a lot. They think us girls can't drive! Sorry dudes! I happen to be super competitive (including cycling).

So wait if you see a cute girl in a car next to you, you are not allowed to shoot her a look?

Yeah, some of us technical-logically advanced girls have been allowed to leave our kitchens and taught to chauffer our men around town. Turns out we learn faster than chimps.

You should autocross! It's fun as all hell! My SS and I got 3rd at an event around here (almost had second...the damn BMW got me by like 7 hundreths of a second). It's fun as hell...the guys all stand around and console whoever's getting beat by the girls "Ah, Mark, man, look, it's a new car you're just not used to it yet. It's the tires, her car has better tires than yours."

As far as the looks...totally agree...looks are fine. Whistles, licking of the lips (yes, it's happened), and any other sort of behavior that makes us triple check locks and windows is downright creepy and should be avoided. Also, following is not a good idea. Had some weirdo freak follow me for the better part of a hundred miles on a trip home from my friends house...till I lost him on the freeway.

I like the ones that not only can't figure out that women are now driving, but are driving manual transmissions too. My favorite answer to the "So what made you get a stick?" is either "Dude, every sports car worth owning is a stick shift or at least is meant to be driven with a manual transmission." (<- If the guy isn't a total douchebag about it.) or "Oh, well, you know, that boot on the shift is SUCH a better hair-tie holder. They would just fall down on my automatic, they're so much more organized on this. (<-If the guy is a *****.)

If some chick said that to me, I know I'd be impressed. And turned on of course.

If I were you, I would just push the UNLOCK button on the keyless entry and you'll see which car is yours. If you've got that on the car it'll be free and easy..
