Hid

i don't know much about hid so i want to know how to change the color of the bulb
is it only the bulb that change or is it also the balast

it depends on the temperature of the bulb

You already have hids? All you need to change is the bulb. The ballasts work for any temp bulb. You only need new ones if you wanna change from 35w to 55w.
