HID Callout!!!

I'll say this again. I'm a professional automotive optics designer and I know what to look for in good/bad headlamps. Thank you for posting this because I now see the horrible glare produced by the HID. If there was any shred of hope left for HID kits this pic just destroyed it. The HID pattern is absolutely terrible. I can clearly see the HID arc on the left side and how it does not match the filament of the stock bulb. I can also see the extra light that is causing an "all time high beam" effect. Just more proof that you should NEVER put any other bulb in your headlamp than the one it was designed for.
Basically the HID arc is putting light in all the wrong places. Stick with the stock or do an HID projector retro.
But if you really want me to objectively judge the pattern: back the car up to 25ft and light up against a white wall that is 30+ft wide and 30+ft tall. Take a pic of both lamps with stock bulbs. Then switch and take a pic with just HID bulbs.
Now find a wide open parking lot and take pictures of the full beam pattern on the ground 1st with stock bulbs, then with HID bulbs.

And pics of the car are ok for appearance assessment, but pics of the beam pattern as I described above are necessary for beam pattern assessment.
