hey there i was wondering if someone could help me. i got 9007 style hids but i don't want to put them in the stock housing. does any body out there make projectors that i can put them in.

 

To use projectors you have to buy the correct bulb for them.

 

^Correct. and that depends on the Gen of projectorrs you got.

 

First, thank you for NOT putting them in the stock housing

Second, they^^^^are both quite right, aftermarket projectors take H1 or H7 bulbs depending on the type, don't remember which fits which though.

If you just got the kit, tell them you ordered the wrong bulbs, maybe they will do a swap for the cost of the shipping? Worth a shot

 

For reference, Gen 1 and 3 use H1 bulbs, Gen 2 use H7.
