HID Kit for $60 legit?

Saw this Link on ebay today and wonder if its legit? Seems like a case of you get what you pay for, but just thought I would discuss.

the warranty is pretty beat, if something goes wrong u gotta ship it back to hong kong and then they will send it back for free...or if u want they will just send u a new one for around 15$ cause of shipping

True name-brand HID kits with quality parts start around $200, if that tells you anything..

he is well known on all the beamer and benz forums. he openly told his customers in the forums he buys them for $17 a kit in bulk. he also opened up his products next to other "name brand" products and guess what, the internas and manufacturing were exactly the same.

trying to get him to a few forums i visit, nothing in it for me...just good pricing and a guy that has warranteed his product for the last 6-7 years. the guy also took over Apexcone and dropped the price of their $300 kits to $100.

many business folks hate him, but its capitalism and if you have the capital to buy low and sell lower than your competition we wouldn't have major players like Walmart. I say get a DDM kit and your kit side by side from by a third party member here and video tape the whole thing. lets see if they are in fact any different from each other.

here is a bad review on DDM, read til the end though

here is a vid of some of your favorite "higher end" kits
