HID kit help?

So I tried to put my kit in my car over the weekend and nothing happened when I turned the headlights on. I can hear the ballasts clicking on and off but no lights. Could it be bad bulbs?

Try flipping the plugs on the ballasts, if the polarity is backwards they won't work.

if your putting in 9007's in your stock lights then they could have sent you the 900? the one that looks the exact same but the power and high beam wire are mixed up. take a pic of it and post it. and ill tell ya if it is and if so. all you gotta do is switch em.
