is the 30000k pink headlight color illegal?

cuz i just bought the 30000k headlight kit and the 12000k fog lamp kit for my yellow ss sc
before i install them, i wanna know if ill get busted by the 5 - 0

 

30,000 ? wow I didn't even know they went that high in Kelvins

yes 30,000 is pink its a custom color and you can see pretty clear with them believe it of not, I ordered a pair of hid from my dealer and he sent me the wrong set by mistake and I don’t know how he messed it up but, he sent 30,000k by mistake. they were ugly in my opinion, and last time I check all hid conversions were legal up to 6,000k cause that’s white, anything after that your getting bluish, personally I have an 05 ss/sc with 8,000k and an 09ss/tc with 10,000k and I have never had a problem with cops or has any of the people I have sold them too.




Because after 6,000k bulbs the visibility is going to slightly decrease lil by lil every Calvin in temp you go up. 6,000k is to be the best for visibility.
