HID and LED Headlight/foglight

Okay so I want to buy the plug n play HID set that you can get for like $100, but problem is, my friend has a GTO and his headlights are a lot easier to interchange then on a cobalt. How do i go about doing it? is there a place i can go to install it for cheap or is it easier then i think it is? To me it looks as if i have to disemble the whole headlight mount and wire **** up. I don't know how to do that.

For the foglights i would like to install LED lights to make things brighter but not too bright wit HID's. How do i go about doing that as well? Thanks.

Mckulrey, in your signature picture, the HID is in the headlight and then the LED is the bulb next to it? that's kind of what i want to do with my headlights. and then i want to do something like Keiser's foglights where it's a whitish for looks.
