HID problem

I have a set of the HALO HID's i love them and have had them for over a year now. The other night while i was driving home my passenger side light started flickering almost looking like a strobe light, and then it went out completely. I turned the car off, then turned it back on, and the lights both came on, and then once again the passenger light did the same thing. What could cause this, is it time for a bulb replacement or maybe a ballast replacement. How can i tell? I did a search but i was unsuccessful in finding an answer. Thanks.

sounds like a ballast to me. I had the same problem with one of my lights. I changed the ballasts around to verify and it was a ballast. Sometimes the light would work, other times it would flash or not work at all. I say ballast.

as far as i know, All PnP ballasts are identical as far as plugs.

If you need balasts, i can get them locally for $40/each. PM me for details.

Just called my friend who sells HID kits. He is out of Wareham and can get you new ballasts for $40 each. They will be identical to the ones you have now. all connections will be the same. I have two of his plug and play kits. they are good quality stuff.
