So i either have a bad ballast, or a bad bulb. But my question is does the ballast power the Halos as well? Because my passenger side hid wont come on but the halo will come on. So im confused on which to have replaced. BTW i have mini morimoto retro set with buy hids kit with relay.

 

My morimoto set came with ballasts for the hids and inverters for the halos. Unless yours is different somehow, the ballast doesn't power the halo
