my question is, what is the recommended HID company? how hot do they burn?? because my car has been in the shop for awhile now becuz of these blue bulbs i put it and they burned up my wireing harness or something... my last question is will they affect my DRL? my running lights are my headlights its an 08 ... thankss

The reason why they "melted" everything is because you bought the imitation HID bulbs. These bulbs usually sometimes run about 60+ Watts. Our base wattage for stock bulbs I believe is 55wts.

The HID's usually run about 35 watts. They are a very cost, future efficient thing to invest in.
