HID question

HID question

just installed my HID 10000k last nite for my 08 cobalt sport and it looks great just have a few questions for some reason to me one light looks brighter then the other and sometimes it flickers the second question is was i supposed to disable my DRL and if i was how do i do that

from everything I've read, I believe you are supposed to disable your DRL. And you do that by pulling the DRL fuse....I think its a 10A fuse under the hood.

so i took out the DRL fuse and they sill come on when i start my car help!!!

thats cause you have auto lights which cant be disabled, or you mean something else?

If it's kind of dark out, or there is some now on the front of your car the brightness sensors could be turning on the auto head lights. Try again, maybe when it's brighter out? If they still turn on, double check that you pulled the right fuse.

yea it was the rite fuse and auto lights? will this mess up my HIDs

i believe they sell a box that will shut off the DRLs and not have the light on the dash come one

If you pull the DRL fuse you will have a light come on your dash? I've never heard of this.
