HID Question

I'm going to pick up hid's today. For my stock housings yes. I already know i shouldn't but i'm doing it so please don't try to convince me otherwise.

I know the 9007 bulb is what i need. I just don't completely understand the bixenon thing? Apparently i can get hids locally for 70$ or 85$ for the bixenon. If i don't go with bixenon does this mean i won't have any high beam? Someone explain to me every detail of going with bixenon please?

yup
you need Bi-Xenon for highs, which just means the bulb tilts or goes in/out to move the light beam and creates a high beam
