buy an hid kit and install it, the same way you would on any other set of lights. It's really straightforward.

you buy a set for you low beams. just so you know its a defferent bulb for the projectors then it is for the stock headlights. for instance the stock bulb is i beleive 9007 and my 3rd gen projectors take a H1. so figure out what hids you need.

The 4th Gen projector headlights, which are the lights you are looking to buy i believe take H4 bulbs. I may not be right so you should double check. the projectors are the low beams. the reflectors are the high beams. If you want to put HID's in both the low and high beams you will need to buy 2 seperate HID kits. The downfall is when you switch from low beams to high beams you will have darkness while the bulbs warm up. and vise versa. My advice, either A retrofit or B get just low beam HID's and fog light HID's and leave the high beams stock halogen.

Exactly what Kevin said. Read the sticky's, they really do help. At least I would hope so since I wrote it.

yes.
Im running those exact headlights. Its easy as can be. All you need to do to run the hids in them is cut a small hole in the rubber grommet used to access the bulbs in the housings. Everything else is plug and play. The headlights themselves have a harness that plugs into the car. So as long as you get the correct bulbs for these projectors your good.

And I think the h7 as was said right. I ordered an H11 and h7 kit at the same time so kinda dont remember which was used for lowbeam. (used one set for my fog/driving lights)

yes. but if you stay on highbeams for a while and then you switch to low beams you will probably have a second of black because you hids need to wark up before they put out max light

H11 are the cobalts fog lights so yeah H7's have to be for the headlights.
