Hiding Front Plate??

I have seen them everywhere but now I can't find them anywhere. I am trying to find the License Plate bracket that mounts under your car then you can slide it up or down depending on driving or showing. Does anyone know where I can buy one of these??

Oh, and how is a hide away plate ricer? I'd rather drill two small holes in the bottom of my lip than 3 larger ones in the front of my bumper.
