Hids

Hey all, I was looking on CARID for some new headlights, and I came across the Spyder® - Black/Smoke Halo Projector LED Headlights (CCFL), and I was curious to know if I needed to purchase the Low Beam and High Beam H1 LED Conversion Kit that is an "Optional Upgrade", what are the perks. Keep in mind my car is bone stock at the moment. (2.4L Cobalt SS ~50k Miles)

My basic understanding is that it converts the Halogens into the LEDs. So it is needed, correct?

Dont waste your money on those generation projectors. You will have better light output with the stockers. Plus, I am going to assume that you mostly want them for the halos, and you cannot see them unless it is dawn, dusk, or nighttime. Save and invest in some retros.
