Honest answers please

I don't care if you guys think it's rice or not, I really don't. But I would like some answers ONLY answering my questions. Not rice this rice that blah blah I DON'T CARE. I just want honest answers to my questions only please! I really don't wanna deal with all the BS from some of you, cause I'm really tired of it. For once I'd like my questions legitimately answered without bashing me. I don't want to know if you think it's rice or not, I just want my questions answered. Please some of you show some respect and maturity for me for once.

Now I seen some balts on here that had engine bay lights and grill lights. I want to know where is the best location to put a LED 6' tube in my engine compartment to light up my engine (and also where it won't melt) And also where is the best location to put another 6' LED tube to light up my grill(s)? Oh and don't worry about the wiring. I have a certified guy wiring it for me. His specialty is electronics and wiring lights. So I'm not worried about anything getting screwed up.

since you want to go that way, I would say to mount one on both sides of the engine bay and one behind the engine. It's going to be hard to mount it closer than that w/o melting anything. Don't know about the grille, but just make sure you have a cutout switch. I am from Brooklyn and know you will get pulled over for that. Good luck with that.

Oh I definitely will have a switch for it. I won't drive with any of the lights on. They're mainly for show purpose. I might go with a under glow kit, but not now. They're a bit expensive. I rather spend money on other things. That guy's balt is exactly how i want mine to look. Everything he's done to it minus the vert doors cause it'll just look like crap on my car.

well since you have the engine bay location figured out, i'll try to answer the front grille....... now are you looking to put it in the lower or upper grille? for the lower i think you could mount it to the front bumper beam. as for the upper i'll have to say..... under the black plastic from the stock grille that you had to cut in order to install the billet. hope this helps

up under the cowl under the windshield wiper mount it there so you cant see the light and it will light up the engine bay. and if you can just grab a bunch of individual leds and place them where you can. it would be easier that way.

Hmm, that's a good question. What do you think looks better lit? the top or bottom?

http://memimage.cardomain.com/member...46_83_full.jpg I just gotta paint the EMC cover, get a windshield washer cap, and a spark plug cover. MAYBE a front strut bar. And maybe some engine looms if some people can tell me what sizes I need.

It's only illegal if you drive with them on. I'm not going to do that.

do both the upper and lower grill, it'd look off balance if you didn't.

header wrap is an OPAQUE wrap you put on components of your exhaust to insulate them and keep the heat in the headers, not in your engine bay.

i don't think you can get a spark plug cover because of the way your plug wires/coils are set up. i may be wrong, but from that picture, you def. can't.

I think he was talking about wrapping the light in it. Cause that's what I was talking about.

Sure, MRZ performance makes covers for 2.4's.

it was actually a joke because header wrap is opaque as he said lol

just mount them away from the block, it wont be hot enough to melt anything
