Are you using the hood prop/shock on your cf hood? If so take that off, it's too strong for the hood

are you talking about the gap between the hood and fenders?

Oh if that's what he's talking about, I had that as well....What fixed my problem is I put two washers in between the hood bracket and the fender on the side that the hood was really close to. It did the job....Also when tightening the hood to the brackets make sure the hood is aligned straight before tightening them or else it will be crooked

There is some play in the hood. loosed up the bots that hold the hood to the hinge and move it around. Also you could see if there is any adjustment on the hood latch itself. Im what not sure how easy that is to get to but that will also affect the hood fit. Aligning panels is a bitch

yuo have to change the hood strut. i had the same problem with mine. i sold the hood to jackalope here on the forum nd he got a different hood strut and it was perfect after that. the stovk hood strut is made to hold up a steel hood. now with the cf its pushing to hard and causing it to stick up 1/4". its an easy fix.

You can always adjust the way the hood lies by turning those ruber stops that are in the front corners of the radiator support.

Yeah the hood latch is really easy to get to...it's literally right there and only two bolts if I remember correctly. My hood fits like a dream though compared to other cf hoods I have seen. You usually don't get that great of quality with aftermarket cf hoods...at least not for domestics haha

It does have something to do with hood adjustment. Maybe not his problem.
