Ok so heres the low down, some punk ruined my hood, claims he didn't but offeres to fix it (guilty) and then says he'll call me the next day, a month later.. He hears from his friend that I want 500 cash from him, he calls me whining, Im in a meeting so I hold my tongue and explain why he does. He hangs up. Real mature for being 23. Then his friend who is a good friend of mine calls me, he starts defending him saying he has two kids and a full time job, I have a job, gf, and deal with other random drabble, thus making me more stressed and pissed off, he then tells me I needed to be more "patient?" hmmm a full month plus some change with driving with a eye sore, I think I have been plenty. Now hes crying more, saying he wont pay, should I take him to court? Im a nice guy but dont have time for bullshit, he needs to man up and tomorrow I need to decide what to do. Im out 500 :\

 

if u cant get the cash from him take his ass to court and get it he caused it he should fix it

 

sounds like if you take him to court he'd settle before you even walked in the door...he knows he did it...

Go file at small claims court and sue him for it. Or if you want to humilate him call Judge Judy and let her blast him on national TV.

Yeah im pretty pissed off Monday morning im going to do it all, and im thinking of sueing him for about 3000 1k for the time, 1k for a new hood and 1k cause I want him to cry.

I wouldn't be that f'd but on the other hand i feel your pain 800 for a hood would be good though so you can get a Carbon Fiber one (or however much it costs).

just tell him that youv already talked to the lawyer... hes gonna get a summons in about a week and that if he'd rather pay 6 times more for a lawyer and other dues to not give you 500. otherwise youll see him in court and that he'll need to find a babysitter for his bastard child cause he's gonna be paying you either way.
