HOw do i get the arm rest off?
I just redid all my interior...the last step is getting the arm res off.
When I take off the circle plastic cover on both sides there is a strange looking bar...how do i get it off?

if u are talking bout the door panels then the armrest is plastic welded to the panel and that metal bar is part of the actuall door idk exactly what u are asking
