How to remove seatbelts from side panels

i want to paint the gray black but i have no clue on how to take it off...is there some special tool in doing so...

where should i put this then...i thought it would be some type of appearance ideal...but i guess not...

need help with this too got one bolt out but the ones that hold the seatbelt dont budge might need an impact. I have the tool though.

anything else and you strip the head but i have no guarantee with this tool as i tried it after i stripped the bolts so lol. But it should work its the right tool.

ok...im just changing the interior ideal to a black instead of the boring gray look...so this is a piece that i am struggling with

well that is the tool i have to replace my belts and still havent got around to doing yet after i stripped the bolts if i cant get a powerful enough impact gun ill just use a 4 foot pipe.

I stripped my drivers side trying to get it out so i just said f it lol

Same here. I just took the seats out and taped everything off with newspaper and painted it in the car.

Don't use sand paper though. Use 0000 grit steel wool. Works wonderfully.
