Iv seen almost every cobalt picture with these lower grills on them front bumper, but I do not understand how they go on. my front bumper looks like this one except all three openings have the same design as the middle one

and i would like it to look like this

 

my grill installed very simply. Cleaned the opening with alcohol to remove wax. Stuck 5 metal brackets to the body with double stick tape. Took grill placed in center drilled pilot holes into the metal and then used the self tapping screws to tighten it in.

 

wheres that from? ive been working on something like that for months, but cant get it to mount right b/c i have no clue how to do it, haha
