How dumb would it look?

I am thinking about taking the middle section out on my front bumper. I have a 2.2L bumper with the removeable grill inserts.

Has anyone done this already, if so do you have pics?

That piece... the plate will probably get moved... I want the SS/SC bumper but am not willing to pay $400 for it. And of course nobody on CSS has any for sale in the last 3 months that has been close to me or black.

I was thinking of getting the LS Fog light inserts, but have them painted gloss black instead of that flat black, then removing the grill, but not sure how Dumb it would look.... that's why i posted this.

if you take out the center piece you gotta take out all of them if you do the wire mesh grill right there. that would look pretty dope

Do all or none imo. Just look too weird with one section mesh and the rest plastic

I am going to be cutting out mine then body putty and sanding it down. my front bumper has tons of chips and scratches in it n when i take it to my cousin to do the body work i am gettin it entirely repainted (front bumper) so it will be fine. i am not going with a mesh either but hopefully next summer a garrett intercooler lol
