how to install door handles

how to install door handles

Paint is peeling on both outer handles.just gonna buy new ones and have them painted.Are they difficult to remove and install?

Need to remove the door panel to access the nut that hold it in place. It may be easier to get to if you also remove the window

removing the window is not necessary but it gives you a little more room. The window is only held in by 2 claps (1 on each end). Loosen the clamps and simply lift it out.
