i no theres that one thread on how to remove them...searched and found that fine but really didnt make sense to me.. i took out the two lil plastics screw things on the side of the panel..just wanted to know wut else us holding this guy on the door..need to know bc im repainting my interior black...thanks guys

theres a bunch of lil plastic pieces around the edges of the door panel, u just gotta give it a good tug.

 

u know how its tucked under the top piece...its it attached to that or not

 

what do you mean by the top piece? the rubber strip up by the window? once you get the screws out just go to one of the bottom corners, (i went by the one with the speaker i think when i took mine off) and pull working your way around the door. if you cant get the first corner off get something flat, like a screwdriver, wrap a towel around it and use that to pry it up enough to get room for your hands underneath. once you get the panel off from the door youll need to disconect the silver panel with the door locks and what not along with the cable for the door handle to get the door panel all the way off. im not sure if that stuff is in the how to or not since i havent looked at it in awhile, but i just thought i'd throw in my 2 cents. good luck

 

the "top piece" i think you're talking about right up by the windows just pops off... they took it off when they tinted my windows. they just put a towel over it and popped it up with a small flathead

dont forget to pull off the plastic pieve by the speaker. and the screw right next to the door handle inside under the plastic piece
