Basically just pull it off. Heat it up with a hairdryer, use some fishing line, use some goo gone, and scrub it

And yes they are held on by double sided tape

Yes, they are held by double sided tape.
Tear them things off quick!

Fishing line to get them off, and use goof off to get the excess tape and goop off.

Makes a huge difference in the appearance.

I took mine off, like it with out them

I carefully poored goo gone in the top of these and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. I DID NOT use a screw driver btw. Some people have done that and I can't imagine doing so! I used a piece of wire I cut off from an old computer power supply with the insulation still on it to get the firt inch or two started. After than I just pulled (at a slower pace - im lazy) off the moldings. I had a lot of that adhesive still on so, round two for goo gone and turned on the radio. Went back and peeled all of it off very easily with my hands.

I guess you can use a screw driver but I didnt want to take the chance of me being me..lol.

I just went to look for it and cant find it (I fail now) but there is a how to on this contained within cobaltss.net
