I was told by a GM engineer that these would interfere with the CAI piping, that's why they didn't put it on there from the factory.

On my car it touches the factory charge piping and made a burn mark. I have the Dejon pipes now and my BOV wore a hole through it


It was almost $100

 

I read on this board that it may interfere with the underhood piping but I decided to try it anyway to see how it fit. I have had this on my car for about 5 months and I can see no wear marks or burned spots. Everyone's car might be a little different though so if you install one, keep an eye on it.

I bought mine through my GM dealer and like others have said, it was around $100 bucks.

I don't have any other mods - yet......

 

I bought one of them for my SS/SC its a nice appearance mod. Looks good!

I bought one for mine and in my opinion improves the look when you open the hood.

all youll get is a small rub mark where the charge piping is..mines been in since june of 08...
