im to stupid to

wire these headlights

05-10 Chevy Cobalt Euro Halo LED Projector Headlights - Black by K2Motor-Free Shipping

Please help me, i just bought the headlights to replace my stock ones, should i have bought a realy or resistor? im completely lost and these instructions are the worst, some pleased give me some detailed instructions.
