Hey guys, I'm one of the unlucky few stuck with the light silver looking trim on the inside of the car.

I'm planning on color matching it to my car, only the silver on the AC panel, i'm not sure what to do with. Because if I paint over it, I lose all of the labels on the panel. Like the Fan label 1,2,3,4. Whether its on defrost or not. Etc.

What should I do here?

Are these pretty easy to swap out?

 

Should be. I believe you just pop the surrounding trim out, then its 2 screws. But Im not 100% on that. I had the trim off to take the sterio out, and that's all it looked like.

 

Now that I think about it my CD player would still be silver

 

Well then, I don't know what to tell you then. Other then buy a new damn radio!!

i think the front plate on the cd player face plate is removeable. only thing that wont show anymore is the mp3.
