JUST CALLED AUTOMETER!!! Pods for sale!

Hey everyone,
Just got off the phone with Autometer and they said the pods are already out and shipping, ready for order last week.

Dual Pillar - #12204 suggested retail - $75.95
Triple Pillar - #12205 suggested retail - $78.97

Call your local stores and get a hold of these. Tell your shop it might not be in the catalog yet, and to call autometer directly if they want them. Let us know and post some pics!!!

what about the other side of the car, it'll look retarded if one side is black and the other is tan

Yeah i bet we could get them to make a black pillar for the passenger side. I've wanted to do that anyways. The rears are black, don't know why the fronts aren't.

How hard will it be though to paint the other pillar to match the rest ?? And to make it look profesional.

it's easy to paint it and make it look professional, but it won't be easy to match the colour

YES, they will not interfere with side curtain airbag operation or so I have read several times.

Why in the world would they make them black? That really pisses me off. There is no black panel in the SS/SC at all that would make that look good.

I'm just going to wait until some other company makes one that matches the interior.

Yep, not paying that much for something I have to put more work into to make work with the color scheme...
