I've been a member of this site for three years now. I've had my share of crappy vendors and less then un-helpful customer service with them as well. So whats the point you ask? Well I purchest a set of lights from a vendor not of this site. I have had nothing but problems from day one. The vendor would only do exchanges with no refund due to the time that has passed beyond 30 days. So after calling the main factory where they are made they put me in contact with a local parts company that sells thier lights. After talking with them about the problem they were more them happy to take care of me. I thought this was awsome. No more paying for re-shipping and headaches of tracking the lights from one side of the U.S to the other. Thanks KeyStone!!
