I like the doors on the Enzo...I forgot what they are called though. And I don't think you can do that to a cobalt anyway

they are cool with the right application

like an 11 second trans am by me has them, pretty cool

$1300 for a kit is rediculous
they need to be professionally installed, i dont care who says there is "no welding or cutting involed"

a shop usually can do em for $1500 total, so payin $1300 for a kit is rediculous

if you are paying less then 1500 installed for a lambo door kit your kit will fail

kits that are decent still take a bit of work and rework to make them fit properly.

we have done serveral kits, i know a shop in grand island that i work with closely and he has done them in mutliples.

no kit is direct bolt on there is always cutting and so forth to do.

you can get good kits for 800-1200 then i would suggest install is about 600+ depending on the shop.

if your buddy can do it, ask to see more of his work. these are a hard kit to install and make operate hard. anyone that says they can do it in 2hrs is rushing it and the kit wont be installed 100% perfect. average install should be 4-6 hrs at least.
