yea the laser blue is kinda a super dark ble/purple but it looks awesome on the impalas.

 

I ordered my laser blue SS/SC about 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything yet. I guess it's good in a way because I still have to find someone to buy my car.

 

there was a arivial blue cobalt on a dealers lot here , and in the light they had on the lot it does turn purple , it was actually 2-3 cars away from a impala ss in laser blue

the blues are different , but the laser does turn a little more purple than the cobalt did , but both did turn purple in the lighting they had

 

they should call it blazer!

 

does anyoen have a laser blue Cobalt?

I wish they would have made a deep grey on the Cobalts, I really liked the blueish gray one they had, but it wasnt available in the SS/SC

 

you mean the blue granite mettalic , its a sweet color


dam canadians got the ss 2.4's in blue granite , and is US people get crap

 

thats called "dayton blue" not laser blue

 

I like it and I don't think it looks purple at all.

 

I'm looking forward to the Laser Blue, as I can't get the SSR's purple on my Cobalt SS/SC and the Majestic Amethyst isn't even offered on the SS/SC either (it's a bit light for me too, I have a purple Cavalier Z24 and would like to match it) I really liked the Arrival Blue, but I also like purple a lot so i think the Laser Blue is going to be a perfect color for me. I can't wait to see one in person. I've seen it on the malibu/ equinox etc....still waiting for the cobalt.

 

Are you sure that's not Daytona Blue????? I've been to Dayton, it's a nice town and all but I don't think it's done anything spectacular enough to warrant its own car color name...

 

Hey Tim you got any pics yet? I'm dying to see the laser blue on the ss/sc. My car is being built next week finally. The TPW on mine was November 21st but they bumped it up to October 31st! I'm hoping to take delivery by the week of November 14th.

 

Not yet. I just made a post about being pissed off because I don't have it yet I've even drove up and around the dealership yesterday and today to make sure they just didn't call me yet.

Hopefully I'll be woken up early tomorrow telling me they have it. Then I just have to head up to the bank and take out my 10 grand, and pick it up. I hope it doesn't take too long to prep the car. My dealer said about half a day.... Whats half a day to them? I have work 3-3 tomorrow.

I'm not sure which would be worse. Getting it tomorrow (since I work 3-3 friday, saturday, sunday) or getting it monday...

Ok, I'd rather have it if all I can do is imagine it in the parking lot...
