Leather Issues

Hello everyone,

I just bought my 06 SS/SC exactly a month ago. The car sat in a showroom for over a year, and I can tell it was never cleaned on the inside (looked like a graveyard of dust in there). Anyways, after driving the car for a month, I am noticing that the leather is beginning to crack already. I have the Recaro seats, as well. I do have a fairly fat ass, but I have applied conditioning to the leather on two separate occasions. I use Meguiars.

Do you think it's because of the car sitting for over a year with no treatment, or do I just have sucky seats? Haha.

Thanks in advance for your responses!

I think I may have put this in the wrong forum. My apologies.

If a mod could move this to the appropriate forum, I would appreciate.

Thank you
