Leather seats, conditioner etc...

Went last night to Walmart and everything I picked up damn near said that I should test on a small cloth or something to see if it would make my seats or whatever fade

What do yall use on the leather seats for these Cobalts to take care of the leather?

I have used just warm distilled water and a small amount of dawn dish soap . Scrub them down , and rinse with cloth soaked in clean distilled water . Yes I buy bottled distilled water to do this and heat it up in the microwave ....distilled water is pure with no elements like calcium that in regular tap or spring water . I have 50K miles on my SS and the leather still looks new on my Recaro's . with no shine . All the conditioners and creams , wipes ect I tried at one time just made the seats look to shiney for my tastes .

i like the meguires leather conditioner. it does make it shinny though but takes care of leather very well. my last car had 160k miles on it and the seats looked brand new.
