was thinking of putting an led strip around the inside lip of the turn signal bowl wired to the turn signal... was wondering if anyone has seen this, and opinions on it

I bought a set of those led strips from walmart and was gonna do the same thing inside my turn signal bowl when i painted my headlights. The longer strip was too long, and where it told me i could cut, the next one down made it too short. i thought it would look like crap if there was a big chunk missing. if you can find one to make it fit, i'd say go for it cuz it would look cool
