Need some led lights for stock tails. Anyone no what kinds to get and post link if u can

no but youll need a convertor from autzone or the web so you dont get hyperblink im doing the same....youll have some spazzing turn signals

They also sell the resistors to install to prevent hyperflash. You will need a resistor for each bulb. I did a "How-To" on installing the resistors.

I also converted the 3rd brake light to LED but they do not require resistors.

This is what I ordered... then I ordered the resistors once I realized that I hated the hyperflash.

Like the OP said, the High Mount Brake Light doesn't need a resistor to work with LEDs. But if you use a generic aftermarket LED strip, unless you put a 6 ohm resistor, like what Superbright and a lot of others sell, your cruise will not work. If you want the cruise you need that resistor IN PARRALEL with the led strip. In other words, between the two wires going to it. DON'T try a resistor from Radio Shack or anywhere else. It will burn your car up. The resistors used must be rated 50 watt, super heavy duty, resistor.
