Led turn signal issue
I have been running led turn signals and switch backs for a few years now. Just replaced a resistor on the passenger side the other week and all was working well. Last night I was modifying my led dome lamp and had no luck. Now, this morning driving to work, I noticed my turn signal was working, but the opposite side is dimly flashing as well. I had this issue before and resolved it, but this time I have not done anything different and it's still doing it. All fuses are ok. What could be the issue?
Forgot to add, if my corner lights are on, this issue goes away until they're off and it starts again.

Was running type 1 switchbacks until the one started looking bad so I switched them out for the straight amber I have had around. All resistors and leds ever used were m-smt type from v-leds with the 3157 base. Could a bad ground cause this too?
I don't know what the issue is, but my '91 Cavalier does the same thing. I even noticed with it that when the ignition is on, the park lights are light up dim, but I drive around with the park lights on (driving lights don't work) so it doesn't bother me. My guess is it does this because the cars never came with leds. Now I'm not sure if I want to put leds in the Cobalt.

Thanks for your insight. I haven't had time to take it apart since I posted but I'm going to open the wiring up again tomorrow and check grounds. I believe that was the issue before so this time I'm going to check them and solder everything. Was fine until I played with the dome light. Damn finicky car electronics.
Another thing I noticed, and I don't know why this makes a difference, but when I turn on the dash lights (even with the headlight switch off so the dash lights won't actually come on) the leds work like normal. They aren't lit up anymore.
When you solve this issue, please post the solution. I am curious how to fix it. It doesn't bother me with the Cavalier, but if I do switch to leds on the Cobalt, it would irritate the hell out of me.
