License Plate Lights

ok i bought 2825 bulbs or w.e. for new license plate lights. i was pulled over last night and let off with a verbal warning that they were out... now how do i swap them out?

above ur lciense plate is 2 screws. take em out with a phillips screw driver and pull down the thingy, change out the bulb.
