Alright im looking for a new set of seats for my coblat. The main problem is I am a rather large fellow 6' 3" and about 320lbs. I need some seats that will be comfortable for me and will hold up also i want some nice looking seats. If anyone has any ideas or links I would greatly appreciate it.

 

what kinda seats do you have stock? I might be willing to take those off your hands if you want to.

 

Are the stock seat comfortable, if so katzkin makes a Cobalt leather kit. You could get suede exotic materials, whatever youi want. They even have a heater option

 

What kinda "coblat" do u have? Im 6'4" 200 lbs and its kinda tight for me in the recaros in my ss/sc. But the LS seats are bad.

I have the 2.2 LS the seats aren't bad and the reason i bought the car besides price and style was it had plenty of leg room which is important for me. The seats arent "uncomfortable" the only problem is where the seats kinda wraps around the foam isnt very stiff and after maybe 45min of driving i can feel the metal supports in the back of the seats. would getting stiffer foam put in do anything or should i modify that part? And an unrelated question does anyone know how much it cost to get the back seat reupholstered? Thanks

 

Somebody on here made a how to customize the LS seats so they are more like racing seats, maybe u can do the opposite. As far as getting the backseat reupholstered, im sure u could shop around locally and get it done.

i have the stock ss leather seats... how good of condition are yours in?

 

The katzkin kit comes with rears too look em up http://katzkin.com and you can get gel cushion. MOMO seats are wider than average also, compared to Sparco and such. The wides seat would be the stock Recaros though and you can get matching back seats obviously. I dont think the LS seats ore soo bad.

 

if they are the grey LS seats id definatley take them from you. How much would you want? haha
